Grupo Revelação is one of the main samba and pagode groups today.
Their career began in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in April 1991. From that year until today, the group has maintained its essence and the flame that makes Grupo Revelação one of the most heard and most international bands in Rio samba, touring Europe, the USA and South America, with its mystique and joy.
Hits such as “Deixa Acontecer”, “Sina”, “Saudade do Amor”, “Coração Radiante”, “Grades do Coração”, are some of the themes that the Group touches in live shows.
Jhonatan Alexandre, (nephew of Xande de Pilares) is the new vocalist of Grupo Revelação, since November 1, 2018.
His charisma and samba streak fills the stages he takes, taking the essence of samba further.
